Our 'Home Open' Policy

1. Every home owner will be provided with a copy of our Open for Inspection Guidelines prior to the first home open.

2. A Peak Property Consultant will be present at every home open and inspection.

3. Before the first home open, we liaise with the vendor with regard to any items / areas which might be potentially delicate or sensitive e.g. antique furniture.

4. Before presenting the property for sale, we confirm with the vendor that they have removed all valuable items to a locked, safe location.

5. Every visitor must have their name and contact details recorded on an inspection register.

6. The Peak Property Consultant must continue to move around the property during the home open.

7. Any loss or damage must be recorded immediately to the vendor, the Peak Real Estate Principal and if appropriate, the police.

8. At all times, Peak Real Estate personnel must act in a manner that will maximise the vendors right to security and privacy.

9. Every inspecting party will be contacted to ascertain what was it about the property that did or did not suit them and within what price they think the property will sell.
